Stopped into Kals cars looking for a truck for my soon to be 16 year old. Had an idea what we wanted but haven’t had luck finding one that wasn’t a complete rust bucket. After a few short minutes we spotted what appeared to be an extremely clean Silverado. Got the keys took it for a spin and left with it. Extremely nice staff! Awesome finance guy! Just all around one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a vehicle yet. Thanks guys!

I had never heard of this place until I found the rzr I purchased on Facebook marketplace...I had an older 4 wheeler I traded in I spoke with Blaine and he did great I got a fair amount for my four wheeler and the rzr they sold me is so fun...the whole transaction was great....thanks guys..I'll send more people your way

This review is regarding Dan Weiher. I live 4 hours away in North Dakota and recently brought my old golf cart in for service since the service I got in ND was substandard and did not remedy my issues. I figured I would take it back to where I purchased it, and that is how I ended up back in Kals in Wadena. I emailed and Dan W responded promptly and gave me the opportunity to bring my cart in right away. I dropped it off, spoke with Dan and he told me they would assess the issue and fix it and get back to me ASAP. My cart was done in around a week and I drove down to come and pick it up. Prior to arriving, I searched their inventory to see if I would be interested in trading up for a newer model from Kals. I found one, but I didn't make the final decision until the day I got back to Wadena. The service and communication I received from Dan and the service staff through the entire process was second to none. I was glad to trade in my cart for a new model and the process was simple and hassle-free. I will be doing my business with Kals and Dan from now on 4 hours away from my home, because great customer service is hard to come by and I am particular about who gets my business.

The guys there are great. I walked around looked at a couple vehicles. Nobody rushed out to assist. I like that. I went in, asked to check out two cars. The keys were handed to me one at a time, no escort. I like that too. I decided on one, and 90 minutes later, I was on the road. The vehicle I chose did not have an owners manual with it. No problem, I'll get one in the mail. It's easy to see why they sell a lot of cars. I highly recommend.

Been buying from Kals Motor Group for years. Very fast and honest service. I always suggest kals to others. Bought 3 vehicles, side by side and 4 wheeler from them over the years. I will keep coming back

I worked with Dan when I purchased my vehicle, he was awesome to work with! I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. When it comes time to buy another vehicle I will be back for sure. Thank you guys for making this experience so easy and working with our busy schedule!
